Health Center Staff Show Olympic Spirit

Dozens of employees took part in NBC Connecticut’s “Olympic Cheer” which is scheduled to air Thursday morning.

Dozens of Health Center employees took part in NBC Connecticut’s “Olympic Cheer” videotaping Friday afternoon. The vocal performance was impressive as Ingrid Napoletano from IT led the cheers in the center courtyard. The cuteness factor was greatly increased thanks to the kids from the Health Center’s child care center. Thanks go to the team in Biomedical Media Communications who designed and printed banners in record speed and to Debbie Baril, manager of the Connucopia Gift Shop, for “loaning” us her husky dogs which enhanced the visual display.

The “cheer” is scheduled to be broadcast on NBC Connecticut on Thursday, August 9, between 5 and 7 a.m.
