What’s the Scoop?
Members of the Class of 2012 have achieved many great things during their time at UConn. Now added to the list, creation of the first Senior Scoop ice cream flavor.

The winning entry in the Class of 2012 Senior Scoop contest is Peanut Butter Cookie Swirl. Yum!
The entry, which was named by Danielle Gagliardi, was submitted by Gagliardi and her teammates, Cara Callahan, D’Arcy Flaherty, Joseph Kopman-Fried, and Lydia Johnson. The flavor includes a vanilla base with cookie dough pieces and a swirl of peanut butter.
The winning flavor was selected from three finalists at the Senior Scoop taste-off on Feb. 17 in the Student Union.
