May 23, 2011 | Peter Morenus New Classroom Buildings Taking Shape Construction is well underway, with one building scheduled to open later this summer. Work on the West Classroom Building, located on Fairfield Way between the Student Union and the Center for Undergraduate Education, is well underway. The building will be the first that is dedicated solely to classrooms, with two large lecture halls and 17 smaller high-tech rooms. Completion is expected later this summer. The second new classroom building is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2012.
