The director of the nation’s only federal agency devoted to transformational energy research and development toured UConn’s Center for Clean Energy Engineering at the Mansfield Depot Campus in early May during a visit to the University.

Arun Majumdar currently serves as acting under secretary of energy for the U.S. Department of Energy, in addition to overseeing the Advance Research Projects Agency – Energy or ARPA-E.
