Honors

Jackie Sung, the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund professor in sustainable energy, has been selected to receive the 2024 American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Energy Systems Award. This award is presented for significant contribution in the broad field of energy systems. He will receive the award in January at the group’s forum and exhibition in Orlando.

In Memoriam

Dr. Merwood Jones, 83, a former assistant professor, faculty advisor in obstetrics and gynecology, and director of the generalist division in OBGYN, at UConn Health on Sept. 10.
