Every woman goes through menopause differently. Experts say about 75 percent of women have menopause symptoms. About 20 to 25 percent get treatment for those symptoms, which can include hot flashes, trouble sleeping, and weight gain.
Interviewed on NBC Connecticut, Dr. Cathleen Campbell, Ob/Gyn at UConn Health, says there are lifestyle changes you can make to help ease your symptoms.
