Shrimp and Sausage Gumbo, Pumpkin Bisque, and Chipotle Sweet Potato were among the soups available to sample at Wilbur’s Café in the Wilbur Cross Building on Tuesday.
In the space of 2½ hours, close to 20 gallons of soup were tasted by about 600 students, staff, and faculty. Steak and Cheddar Ale was deemed the most popular.
The event was hosted by Dining Services.
