About the artist:
Although employed as a graphic artist for most of her career, Teresa Tromp was always interested in the fine arts and she successfully pursued that interest.
Her paintings have been exhibited in many Connecticut galleries and juried shows, most recently in shows presented by the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts, the Connecticut Watercolor Society, and the Granby Land Trust. Her artwork was also featured on the cover of the Hartford Courant’s iTowns section.
She is a member of the West Hartford Art League, the Academic Artists Association and the Connecticut Watercolor Society. The Windsor resident attended the Paier School of Art in Hamden.
