With the first Storrs Center building’s steel infrastructure already taking shape along Route 195 and Dog Lane, the second building is now under construction as well. Both buildings will house a mix of residential housing and commercial space.
Storrs Center will combine retail, restaurant, and office uses with a variety of residence types including studios, town homes, condominium apartments, and rental apartments. Some of those apartments – scheduled to open in 2012 – are now for lease.
