Kelly Dennis, an associate professor of art and art history in the School of Fine Arts, was awarded the Ansel Adams Research Fellowship at the Center for Creative Photography at the University of Arizona, for her research on Ansel Adams’ color photography for Arizona Highways. As an Ansel Adams Research Fellow, Dennis was in residence at the Center for Creative Photography, doing primary research on Adams’ little-known color photographs for Arizona Highways magazine during the post-World War II period.
